Co2 Dragsters
CAD 2
CAD 2 students will design, build, and test CO2 dragsters to compete in a class competition. Cars will be first designed using Inventor then built using a balsa wood kit. The competition is a race on a 70' track where the fastest time will be our winner.

ADV CAD
ADV CAD students will follow a very similar process as they did in CAD 2 to create their dragster. Although this year the dragster does not only have to be fast. Dragsters this year need to be designed to compete in the traditional race as well as a crash test. An egg will be placed in each dragster to simulate a human. The dragster with the fastest time that also protected the egg will be our winner.
