The Brecksville-Broadview Heights Robotics Boosters is proud to offer the fifth annual Vex Robotics Summer Camp. The camp will be held in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School auxiliary gym from June 15-19, 2026 from 9AM-1:30PM. It is open to students entering grades 5-8 in the fall of 2026 from any community or district. If you are a Brecksville-Broadview Heights student entering the 7th or 8th grade and you are considering joining the robotics team, this camp is highly recommended.
The cost of the camp is $225.00.
Students will be paired in groups of four or five per team. Each team will learn to build and program a robot. Programming will include both driver and autonomous (programming the robot to drive itself). Students will practice driving and spend time learning about Vex Robotics Competition. The final day we will hold a tournament style competition. Families will be welcome to attend the tournament starting at noon and cheer on their student.

This camp will also introduce the 2026-2027 game to the students so they can begin the season with a basic knowledge of the new game. Next season's game will be revealed at the World's Competition in April of 2026. The 2026-2027 season game video will be posted following the World's competition in May.

The wait list is not a guarantee that your student will be able to attend the camp, but every effort will be made to accommodate as many students as possible. You will be notified by phone and/or email if there is enough space in the camp for your student.
